For my very first post, I'd like to start off with explaining what you can expect throughout the week here at PSN logic.
This blog is all about PSN so obviously its a gaming blog. The line up will be as followed;
Monday - Any.
Thursday - Role player.
Yes, I will only be posting on Mondays and Thursdays. I don't want to get burned out on doing this by doing it everyday and make it some what as a obligation rather than for fun.
Anyways, I will be reviewing showing off some of my skills, give advice, and may even do a Lets Play every once in a while of PSN, Xbox, PS2, Wii, computer, and yes even PS1 games.
Since it is Monday, i'm going to start this off by reviewing Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
There are much debate on weather Infinity Ward is better than Activison. In my opinion, Activison has hit the nail on the head. The Black Ops games are good but just the way the game is set up bugs me. The way the guns look and sound is kind of like nails against a chalk board to my ears. The graphics are slow and just uneven. But this isn't a Black Ops review that will be some other day.
Modern Warfare 3, one of the biggest hits of 2010 I very much believe this. I absolutely LOVED this game. The graphics and the guns were beautifully put together. The game moved smoothly without any texture issues and glitching. When the game was first released, I was there at GameStop waiting to get my copy. I played this game literally for over a month. The 'Time played' section on my profile proves that. I got through the days at school awaiting to get home and play with some of my buddies over PSN (Who I had met over Modern Warfare 3).
The story line was a bit short and didn't answer all the questions I had left over from Modern Warfare 2 but all in all it has a decent story to it. The ending was a bit anticlimactic and I was a little disappointed but the rest of the game made up for it. The multiplier was exactly what I expected, though i'm picky over the maps I play, a lot of them I liked very much. I had to say Dome was one of my favorites. Shocker right? It just reminded me so much of MW2's Rust map and the short base just made for a quicker game and closed in space with the enemies Lets be honest, who likes campers? I did not and this map as almost to NONE places to camp out.
Staying up to later hours in the night proves that in my opinion, MW3 was fabulously made and defiantly an all time favorite.
